Representatives of Shuaa Welfare Foundation convened a high-level strategic session with the administrative officers of Central Jail Gujranwala to formalize our long-term "Custody to Community" reintegration model.
Discussions focused on institutionalizing continuous educational courses, IT computer literacy labs, stitching skills, and mental health counseling. By addressing the root causes of socio-economic vulnerability, Shuaa seeks to ensure juveniles do not return to crime upon release.
Framework Deliverables:
- Structured 3-month certification in foundational computer usage and vocational trade.
- Establishment of a reading library inside the juvenile section.
- Regular medical screening and hygiene awareness workshops.
